Cloud Security Architect

The role involves designing and implementing security architectures for cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing security reference architectures
  • Identifying, designing, and deploying solutions to secure cloud usage
  • Leading the security vision and strategy around cloud-based applications
  • Coordinating with various technology and security teams
  • Analyzing business requirements and translating them to technical security solutions
  • Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
  • Experience working and responding to RFI/RFP requirements for global customers

The ideal candidate will possess a firm understanding of security offerings within cloud platforms and experience working with security tools and technologies.

Requirements:
  • Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CEH)
  • Experience with cloud security frameworks (e.g. AWS Well-Architected Framework)
  • Knowledge of security regulations and compliance standards (e.g. HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
