Genpact is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Supply Chain Management. As a key member of our Order Fulfillment Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of customer orders, from forecasting and demand planning to inventory management and reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Analyze and research opportunities in demand and forecast against inventory levels to actively work with internal stakeholders and their leaders on optimizing order commitments.
  • Inventory Management: Manage efficient, accurate, and timely order confirmations and inventory allocations against customer forecasts and demand. Ensure minimum inventory thresholds are met.
  • Resolution Management: Use various reporting and SAP ERP system tools to resolve issues and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Effectively and efficiently manage daily/weekly reporting requirements to manage accounts and communicate with internal/external stakeholder needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in Order Management (particularly fulfillment) and/or Supply Chain management.
  • Proven experience working directly in SAP or other ERP Order Capture/fulfillment software systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
