Product Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Product team as a Product Manager. This role is focused on the development and implementation of next-generation core banking solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in complex environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving product roadmaps forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
  • Define and refine product requirements and user stories.
  • Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and rollout.
  • Contribute to customer discussions and translate feedback into actionable insights.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, implementation, and support teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian (Minimum B2 level or above) - spoken and written.
  • Strong interest in product management and building solutions in the banking and financial services domain.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities - ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams.
  • Comfort working in complex situations with evolving priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute, even if transitioning from a non-technical background.
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols e.g. FIX is a plus.
  • Familiarity with at least one scripting or object-oriented programming language.
  • Experience working with both Windows Server and UNIX/Linux.
  • Service Management knowledge.
