We are seeking an experienced Well Completions Project Lead to lead the planning and execution of well completions projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute well completion plans that meet company objectives, ensuring effective and safe completion of wells.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement completion programs, ensuring effective and safe execution of completion operations.

  • Develop and maintain detailed procedures and programs for completion, sand control, coiled tubing, and DST operations.

  • Evaluate completion alternatives developed by service companies to ensure effective, best-in-class, and cost-effective completion technology is employed.

  • Coordinate completion design studies, reviewing certification and fitness of third-party equipment and its acceptance.

  • Prepare detailed procedures and programs for completion, sand control, coiled tubing, and DST operations.

  • Monitor well operations and assist with technical/logistical support, plan material and personnel movement with service companies.
