Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Production Manager to lead our end-to-end production processes and client relationships within the BFSI vertical. This role will oversee a team of Creative Producers ensuring seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

  • Manage and oversee all stages of production projects within the BFSI vertical, guaranteeing timelines, quality standards, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients within the vertical, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of Creative Producers, promoting their professional growth and effective project management.

Maintain high standards of creative and production output, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

This position requires 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sector, with a strong understanding of creative production processes.
