Key Job Functionality

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Core Competencies Required

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research with a focus on generative models is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with generative models such as GANS (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and transformer-based models (e.g. GPT-3/4, BERT, DALL-E).
  • Understanding of model fine-tuning, transfer learning, and prompt engineering in the context of large language models (LLMs) is crucial.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks are necessary.
  • Experience in building data applications using Streamlit or similar tools is also required.
  • Deep understanding of transformer architecture, including multi-head attention, layer normalization, and residual connections is vital.
  • Proficiency with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow is essential.
  • Experience in training and deploying LLMs for tasks like text generation, summarization, or translation is necessary.
  • Familiarity with AdamW, learning rate warm-up, and optimization strategies is crucial.
  • Exposure to advanced transformer variants (e.g. Transformer-XL, Longformer, BigBird, LoRA) is beneficial.
  • Solid debugging and performance tuning skills are required.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and model deployment best practices is desirable.
