Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality language support to clients through written communication, ensuring clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in one or more languages, leveraging technical reasoning skills to model real-world scenarios and simulate realistic dialogues.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in language technologies, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with LLMs and other language tools to create engaging content and accurate responses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills, with ability to break down complex tasks and model realistic scenarios.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Native or professional proficiency in at least one of the following 16 locales.
