Job Description:

This role is a key part of our Process Excellence team in India Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading and executing KYC and Screening process improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Business Analyst capacity on Client Lifecycle related projects and domain knowledge of Client Due Diligence (KYC) and Screening requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project activities in relation to KYC and Screening initiatives
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance and Operations to build a process inventory (current and target state)
  • Work with operations to identify opportunities to migrate & embed processes & roles to Global Service Centre
Key Requirements:
  • Strong experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen), continuous improvement and business process reengineering
  • Experienced in change and improvement projects including process mapping and process re-design and implementation
  • Able to overcome adversity/resistance to change and influence others to drive high results
