Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Infor GHR Functional Consultant. This position requires a high degree of expertise in the Infor Global HR/Lawson system.

The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in implementing and configuring the Infor Global HR/Lawson system, as well as experience with at least one end-to-end implementation project.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement the Infor Global HR/Lawson system
  • Develop and maintain system documentation
  • Provide training and support to users

Requirements

Core Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master's in Human Resource Management (desirable)

Key Skills:

  • Experience in Core HR, Benefits, Health & Safety modules
  • Experience in Payroll or Talent Management modules (desirable)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Java/JavaScript/JSP and SQL for technical configuration
