Language Expert

We are seeking a skilled expert to fill a position in our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sinhala and Sinhalese languages.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing language expertise in Sinhala and Sinhalese, supporting communication and translation needs related to Sri Lankan culture. They will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate language representation and provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes. This includes handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails in resolving clients' inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

• Graduate or 12th Pass qualification
• Sinhala language proficiency
• Sinhalese language proficiency
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala, Sinhalese, and Srilankan Language Expert
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
