The company's technology hub, located in India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. This innovative technology hub will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, analytics, e-commerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate business strategy. The center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payment systems, and more.

As a Platform DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in the configuration, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of platform components, including networking, virtual machines, API management services, application gateways, load balancers, Kubernetes clusters, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and managing scalable cloud infrastructure using Azure.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain cloud services and resources.
  • Monitoring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Azure environments to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Azure DevOps.
  • Automating software build, testing, and deployment processes to accelerate software delivery.
  • Collaborating with development teams to enhance CI/CD practices and tools.
  • Implementing best practices for deploying and scaling containerized applications.
  • Ensuring the reliability and performance of AKS environments.
  • Integrating Cloudflare services to enhance security, performance, and scalability of web applications.
  • Configuring and managing DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection solutions using Cloudflare.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years minimum experience in enterprise IT environments with at least 2 years of solid hands-on experience in public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong Kubernetes knowledge and hands-on working experience.
  • Experience with implementing cloud marketplace services and technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking and internet protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks.
  • Technical expertise with Microsoft Azure, including foundational services such as Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, Virtual Machines, Storage, Load Balancer, Azure Active Directory, App Service, and Azure Database.
  • Broad experience in developing cloud migration and automation solutions in Azure.
  • Experience working with GitLab or similar tools.
