Job Description

As a Centre Head, you will be accountable for the overall performance of our clinic, driving revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business results and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth through consultations, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Oversee daily/weekly MIS and track KPIs to ensure goal alignment.

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Maintain high-quality services, ensuring smooth functioning of all clinic operations.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, billing, and cash management processes efficiently.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals to drive accountability and service focus.

Customer Experience

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences consistently, resolving escalations and driving high NPS and client retention.
  • Implement loyalty and referral programs to drive repeat business.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and statutory requirements.
  • Provide regular performance updates to leadership.

Business Development

  • Build local partnerships to drive footfall generation.
  • Partner with marketing teams for city-specific activations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate/MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-first mindset with high ownership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
