Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Functional Delivery: Lead the development of SAP solutions and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Mentor the Functional Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Customer Management: Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Solution Design: Participate in workshops and design sessions to develop innovative solutions that meet business requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to integrate solutions and ensure seamless delivery.
Desired Experience:
- End-to-End Process Expertise: Must have experience in at least two end-to-end process areas, including Plan to Report, Procure to Pay, Design to Operate, Receive to Distribute, Order to Cash, and others.
- Cloud Project Delivery: Must have experience in delivering cloud-based projects and on-premises project delivery.
- Agile Approach: Must have experience in using Agile (Activate) approach for delivery.
- Solution Configuration: Must have a deep understanding of SAP solution configuration and customization.
- Vertical Experience: Must have experience in at least three verticals, including industry-specific solutions.
