Burmese Language Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Burmese Language Interpreter to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for facilitating communication between customers and clients who speak different languages.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent bilingual speaking skills, with a strong command of the English and Burmese languages. Good understanding and communication skills are also essential for this role.
Job Responsibilities:- Listens and interprets communication between two different language-speaking customers/clients.
- Adheres to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization.
- Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off).
- Very fluent in bilingual speaking (English & Burmese).
- Command over language with good understanding skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to listen actively and respond effectively.
- Certification in Burmese language, Burmese language trainers, Burmese language associate, or customer support Burmese language is preferred.
- Fresher with good proficiency in speaking Burmese and English language.
