Human Capital Management Consultant

Job Opportunity:
As a seasoned professional in human capital management, you will play a key role in delivering tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
This exciting opportunity is suited for an experienced consultant with a deep understanding of industry best practices and business processes within a specific product or technology family.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in implementing Oracle products and technologies, as well as strong leadership skills to effectively lead teams on projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying Oracle methodology and company procedures to deliver payroll functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
- Acting as team lead on projects, consulting with client management, and participating in business development activities.
Requirements for this position include:
- 8-12 years of experience in HCM applications, with at least 3 end-to-end implementation experiences and experience as a project lead.
- Expert knowledge in payroll and any of the following modules: time and labor, absence management, talent, benefits, compensation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills.
Travel may be required for short and long durations, both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate should be open to these opportunities.
