Job Description:

We're seeking skilled professionals to join our team in implementing ServiceNow ITOM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Service Mapping, strong communication skills, and flexibility for international travel/relocation.

FTE opportunities are available across levels. We value diversity and offer a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities (vary by position):

  • BA: Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation
  • Solution Architect: Define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture
  • Technical Architect: Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies
  • BPC: Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions
  • Technical Consultant: Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
  • Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
  • Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients

If you're already in Saudi Arabia, feel free to connect directly. If you're based in India, you will start from the Indian office and relocate as per project requirements.
