About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at LEGION. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maximizing Bentley revenue within your market while ensuring ongoing account retention.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a designated portfolio of accounts to ensure annual contract renewals.
- Achieving quarterly and annual targets related to retention and product expansion for your market.
- Liaising with Legal and other Finance Team for contract renewal.
- Managing the tender process, assisting with timely review and submission of tender documents required.
- Selling the value of the Bentley SELECT and Open Access maintenance program.
- Promoting and delivering subscription program services to Bentley users with a focus on user retention.
- Investigating and resolving subscription-related queries through Bentley Systems International via telephone, email, or other means.
- Facilitating effective communication between multiple departments to complete subscription-related requests.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service to existing account base.
- Pro-actively contacting high-priority users from existing subscriber base.
- Identifying and distributing product sales leads to Bentley Sales colleagues.
- Updating/maintaining user and contract information in the Customer Relation Management system.
- Performing other operational or administrative activities as required.
- Investigating and collecting Bentley's QTL invoices.
- Selling Bentley's Cloud Services Subscription within possible user's database.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of experience in Operations/Renewals in the IT Industry.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, AND/OR any other Indian Language.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent career experience desirable.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals in Software Renewals Subscriptions and/or Operations Management capacity.
- Experience working on Indian Tender contracts an advantage.
- A results-focused individual, self-motivated and with clear goals, who can use these traits to adopt a team approach to best-in-class user service.
- Articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Able to consult with subscribers on solution building in a user-focused manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce (CRM and/or ERP).
- Business experience in Software-as-a-Service a plus.
