Lead Automation Testing Expert

We are seeking an experienced Lead Automation Testing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our automation testing department, you will be responsible for leading and driving automation testing activities, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in automation testing, particularly within the medical devices industry. They will oversee all test automation activities across projects in the medical devices' domain, ensuring the implementation of best practices in test automation.

  • Mentor and coach engineers in automation testing methodologies.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices and must have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based), FlaUI/WinAppDriver/ TestComplete/WhiteFramework. Additionally, they will have hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.

Prior experience interpreting and applying healthcare regulations in testing scenarios is essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate experience in team leadership, coaching, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is also required.

Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years in testing, with at least recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience in script review and technical documentation.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Must have experience in desktop-based automation on platforms (Windows based), FlaUI/WinAppDriver/ TestComplete/WhiteFramework.
