Release Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Release Program Manager to oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of our software releases.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software release program management and experience working with cross-functional teams.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of software to our customers.

  • Plan and coordinate releases to established timelines across multiple product teams
  • Organize and facilitate structured communications throughout the release lifecycle
  • Continuously improve release processes based on lessons learned and best practices
  • Ensure the definition of done is clearly published and tracked
  • Drive communication and treatment of risks
  • Identify and drive resolution of dependencies across separate products
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and product teams
  • Strong working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and software quality attributes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of Project Management Software Tools such as Jira
  • Travel requirement is up to 10%
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their deployment models
