We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Trainee Associate Consultant.

  • Key responsibilities include understanding and managing accounts, billings, and receivable under expert guidance.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying hospitals and lines of treatment under expert guidance.
  • An additional responsibility includes ensuring the right guesthouse for travelers through selected hospitals.
  • As a key member of our team, you will be expected to handhold patients through the treatment process at hospitals by phone or email.
  • Your tasks will also involve monitoring and tracking all admission formalities by phone and email.
  • You will provide regular medical updates to sponsors of treatments by email.
  • In this role, you will be required to keep track of additional requirements discovered during treatment and organize interventions accordingly.
  • Another essential task is handholding travelers who wish to obtain visas for other countries upon returning home via phone or email.
  • As needed, you will provide interpreter services for English-constrained patients or attendants at an extra cost.
  • A significant aspect of your job will involve creating new relationships overseas via email, phone, and social media after gaining job understanding and training.
  • You will be responsible for making calls to doctors and potential clients in other countries to establish channel partnerships and engaging with them persistently.
  • This role also involves managing international relationships with existing channel partners like doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, travel companies, corporates, etc.
  • Your goal will be to increase business and revenues through existing channel partners by creating promotional strategies, offering value adds, and incentive plans.
  • You will create literature, opinions, blogs about various treatments, hospitals, doctors, etc.
  • Meeting revenue targets will be an integral part of your success in this position.

Growth Potential: Opportunities exist for international trips to conduct CMEs, OPDs, conferences, and create/revive business relationships.
