We're currently seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our Section Infrastructure and Platforms team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build modern infrastructure for top companies, governments, and organizations across Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable applications using Node.js (with a focus on backend)
  • Provide exceptional support to customers with their infrastructure, leveraging Kubernetes expertise
  • Collaborate with our team to design and develop applications for customer projects
  • Design and implement automation solutions for seamless infrastructure provisioning and management
  • Contribute to the development of components for Kubernetes and participate in open-source initiatives
  • Pursue research and development in various technological sectors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4-7 years of experience in backend development using Node.js
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, with a willingness to learn more
  • Knowledge of Linux, Docker, or other containerization platforms
  • Excellent software development skills
  • Proficiency in Node.js, Go, and C, with a preference for Node.js
  • Familiarity with data management, SQL, and NoSQL databases
  • A strong passion for software development and a drive to learn new skills quickly
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
