Key Responsibilities:

• Counselling Prospective Students:
  • Advise students on different undergraduate and postgraduate courses
  • Provide guidance on specific degree programs and admission procedures

• Delivering Exceptional Service:
  • Collect feedback from participants and consolidate it
  • Handle queries over the phone and convert leads into admissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector or a related industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
