Job Overview:

 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

Your mission will be to drive the delivery of successful client implementations, focusing on high Client Satisfaction (CSS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).

You will foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, staying up-to-date on business and market conditions that impact clients.

Create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership documents.

Become an expert in new product areas and adjacencies, creating thought leadership on product/process areas.

Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.

Develop talent acquisition strategies and plans, working with talent acquisition for fulfillment.

Determine and deploy the right teams with relevant skill sets to execute projects.

Drive employee engagement, mentor junior talent, and identify and groom next-level leaders.

Create a culture based on trust, innovation, and growth.

Manage financial and operational effectiveness, driving revenue and cost management expertise.

Communicate effectively in a matrix organization, influencing a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.

Maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster deep understanding of industry trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow eco-system, company and product roadmap, understand various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  • Experience handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions)
  • Experience in multiple accounts management with P&L responsibility.
  • Seasoned ServiceNow technical/functional expert.
  • Prior sales experience in global markets is a plus.
