Software Development Position

We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with experience in designing and implementing scalable software systems.

This role involves working on various projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design diagrams, user manuals, and API specifications.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Java development, including core concepts, generics, collections, lambda expressions, exception handling, and Apache String Utils, Collection Utils, Commons IO.
  • Proficiency in designing methodologies, including Gang of Four Design Patterns (Singleton, Prototype, Faade, Strategy, Proxy).
  • Strong understanding of Spring framework, including Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Rest Template.
  • Experience with Spring Boot framework, including Starter Web Module, asynchronization/async calls, schedulers, multi-module project management, REST API development, multiple profile management, and project dependency management and packaging.
  • Familiarity with JPA/Hibernate ORM Framework, including Entity Manager, Interceptors, Data Modelling using Annotations, Converters, writing JPQL Native SQL, and managing entity life cycle.
  • Experience with GIT, including familiarity with GIT commands or SourceTree.
  • Knowledge of project management/building tools, including Maven.
  • Ability to write unit test cases using Junit and Mockito.
