We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our native mobile applications, web platforms, and Progressive Web Applications through robust automation testing strategies.

Our ideal candidate will leverage their familiarity with Artificial Intelligence powered tools and techniques to enhance testing processes, improve test coverage, and boost overall team productivity. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions, contributing to our test automation frameworks, and collaborating closely with development and deployment teams to deliver high-quality software.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust automation testing frameworks using Java for native mobile apps, web applications, and PWAs.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive automated test suites, ensuring maximum test coverage and efficiency.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-powered tools and techniques into our testing workflows to improve test case generation, defect prediction, visual regression testing, and overall automation efficiency.
  • Enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks, tools, and documentation to ensure they are efficient, reliable, and easy to use.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to test engineering teams in their automation efforts and help troubleshoot complex automation issues.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of proven practical experience in Software Testing or a related role, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Deep understanding of Automation testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience in setting up and maintaining automation testing frameworks for Native Apps (Android and iOS), Web applications, PWAs, and API Testing.
  • Strong proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as Jira, Git, Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Demonstrable familiarity and practical experience with AI-powered tools and techniques relevant to software testing.
  • Solid experience as a Java Developer, SDET, or Test Automation Engineer with strong coding skills in Java.
  • Significant experience in automating various software layers (UI, services, APIs, etc.), debugging applications and automated test scripts, and optimizing their performance.
