Job Title: Global Marketing Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with our regional growth goals.
  2. Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across regions.
  3. Establish internal processes for marketing planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Brand Development:
  1. Owning the positioning of our organization as an innovation-first partner in Banking, Insurance, and AI/ML.
  2. Drive brand-building efforts through PR, awards, speaking engagements, and digital storytelling.
  3. Launch a content and webinar series on FinTech, AI, and emerging tech.
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation:
  1. Develop high-impact ABM campaigns targeting top banking, fintech, and insurtech accounts.
  2. Set up lead funnels from events, social campaigns, and partner ecosystems.
  3. Implement and scale digital marketing including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn campaigns, and email automation.
Regional Marketing Ownership:
  1. Partner with sales heads to define market-specific priorities (US, SA, India).
  2. Create a global event calendar; coordinate our presence at summits, pitch events, and forums.
  3. Set up regional vendor partnerships, media outreach, and association memberships.
Enablement & Analytics:
  1. Deliver sales enablement content: brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies.
  2. Implement marketing performance dashboards for visibility across the funnel.
  3. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to craft success narratives and client stories.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech consulting or software services firm.
  • Demonstrated success in building GTM strategies for BFSI or AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience in global brand management and running integrated campaigns.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style.
