Embedded Firmware Developer Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Embedded Firmware Development Engineer to design and develop robust, secure, and scalable firmware for Linux-based gateway systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware on Linux-based devices.
- Work on Yocto-based Linux system development and integration with systemd.
- Design and optimize Linux device drivers and embedded security features.
- Integrate with cloud-based services using AWS IoT Core.
- Write, test, and debug Embedded C code for high performance and reliability.
- Conduct unit testing using the cppunit framework.
- Apply Test-Driven Development methodologies.
- Utilize Python and shell scripting skills.
- Experience in RF product design and development is beneficial.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, DC power analyzers, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers is desired.
