We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Lead to join our team at TrueBlue Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Bridge business requirements into technical capabilities and provide Oracle application capability options, generate estimates, sequence delivery priorities, configure designed solution, and perform testing to ensure achievement of the right outcomes.
- Work with product, business, and technology leaders to focus on solving the right problems, in the right way, at the right time.
- Provide advanced functional system knowledge and support for Oracle Cloud HCM, acting as the internal functional Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Minimum of 6 years of technical and functional experience supporting business process areas such as HCM Fusion Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL).
- Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Time & Labor and Oracle Fusion Absence management implementation.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas, HDL, and HSDL.
- Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management schemas.
