We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing business applications, ensuring seamless system performance and integrity. As a key member of our functional application support team, they will be responsible for driving business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic application management and enhancements.
  • Incident management, ensuring systems are up and running with minimal disruption.
  • Monitoring application performance and maintaining production environment integrity.
  • Implementing automation initiatives and complex seller integrations.

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge: sufficient expertise in SAP Ariba, relevant business applications/platforms, and IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM.
  • Business process knowledge: awareness of related business processes and strong relationships with IM/IT and SLA's.
  • Personal characteristics: customer focus, ownership of incidents/problems, and dedication to quality system performance.
