Senior User Interface Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate Senior UI Designer to join our visionary team in reimagining human-computer interaction through conscious technology. This role is perfect for someone who blends visual creativity with precision, thrives on turning ideas into elegant, emotionally rich digital interfaces and has 4–6 years of UI design experience in fast-paced startups or B2C digital products.

Our goal is to craft world-class visuals, interactions, and systems that reflect both cultural nuance and visual excellence. Top tasks include translating wireframes, user journeys, and product goals into high-fidelity, visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure pixel-perfect, production-ready implementation and building and maintaining tokenized design systems, reusable UI components, and micro interaction libraries to elevate the overall visual experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong command of core visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, spacing, and responsive/adaptive design.
  • Advanced expertise in Figma, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite — especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and maintaining component-based design systems.
  • Ability to design and prototype engaging micro interactions using tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Rive.
