About the Role:

Shivji Valji Sheds Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee site operations, ensure flawless execution, and deliver results across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Execution: Lead project planning, coordination, and completion.
  • Site Operations Management: Coordinate with site teams, monitor work quality, safety, and client specifications.
  • Travel and Resolution: Travel to project sites as necessary to oversee execution and resolve challenges.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Remote Site Operations: Manage site operations remotely and provide clear guidance to site supervisors.
  • Client and Vendor Liaison: Liaise with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth workflows.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop detailed project schedules, track progress, and mitigate delays.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure adequate manpower, machinery, and material availability for each site.

Planning & Resource Management:

  • Financial Planning: Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and track expenses against targets.
  • Logistics and Inventory: Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for timely material dispatch.
  • Resource Forecasting: Forecast resource requirements and allocate efficiently.
  • MIS Reports: Maintain up-to-date MIS reports for management review.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with statutory regulations.
  • Safety Audits: Conduct periodic safety audits and enforce company policies at sites.
  • Documentation: Maintain necessary documentation for audits and client inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in project or operations management, preferably in construction/industrial domains.

Required Skills:

  • Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication and Client-Handling Skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in high-value industrial projects.
  • Familiarity with cutting-edge project and operations management practices.

Job Qualifications Summary:

A successful candidate will possess a strong leadership background, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or other project management tools.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or operations management in the construction/industrial domain.
