Job Title: .NET Application Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of .NET application support manager. This is a permanent position that can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve technical issues and provide timely support to clients and client-facing employees.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify the reasons for underlying issues.
  • Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to resolve complex application and system issues.

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 15 years of experience in .NET Core, strong C# and SQL DB skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Excel and data processing/analysis using Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • DevOps: Azure DevOps.
  • Source Control: GIT.

Desirable Qualifications:
Additional Skills:
  • Knowledge of Angular.
  • Experience in the Capital Market domain.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively in a remote environment.
