Key responsibilities:
- Develop announcements, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and executive messaging.
- Manage internal channels to drive employee engagement.
- Support external communications including press materials, media coordination, and campaign assets.
- Partner with business leaders to highlight innovation, sustainability, and customer impact.
- Track coverage and campaign KPIs; produce performance reports and learnings.
- Align with regional brand guidelines; manage agencies and creative workflows.
- Provide support on issues/crisis communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools, publishing platforms, and analytics basics.
