Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO BPM and Integration Solutions Architect to join our team at Risk Resources. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying business process management (BPM) solutions using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM (AMX BPM) and TIBCO Business Works (BW).

Key Responsibilities:

  • BPM Workflow Design: Design, develop, and implement business processes using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM (AMX BPM). This includes creating workflow diagrams, defining business rules, and configuring process automation.
  • Integration Development: Develop and deploy integrations using TIBCO Business Works (BW) to interface with external systems. This requires proficiency in SOAP/REST-based web services, XML, XSD, XSLT, and JMS or similar messaging systems.
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and technical specifications. Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of TIBCO BPM and BW solutions.
  • Solution Optimization: Optimize and enhance existing BPM solutions to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Monitor and maintain the health of the deployed BPM and integration solutions, ensuring high availability.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to TIBCO BPM and BW implementations. Document technical designs, development processes, and configuration settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8 years of experience working with TIBCO Active Matrix BPM (AMX BPM) and TIBCO Business Works (BW)
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing BPM workflows, business rules, and process automation
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying integration solutions using TIBCO BW
  • Good knowledge of SOAP/REST-based web services and XML, XSD, XSLT
  • Experience with JMS, EMS, or similar messaging systems for integration purposes
  • Familiarity with relational databases like Oracle, My SQL, and proficiency in SQL
  • Strong understanding of SOA, Microservices Architecture, and integration patterns
  • Hands-on experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
