Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Credit Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for deal evaluation, presentation, and disbursement, as well as ensuring timely interest and principal repayments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Evaluation: The successful candidate will understand the industry and business along with preparation of credit memo including financial model consisting of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statement.
  • Presentation of the Deal: You will present the deal to senior management in a power point format.
  • Disbursement of Sanctioned Deals: You will look into the disbursement of sanctioned deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports: You will submit monthly/quarterly monitoring reports to the top management.
  • Timely Interest and Principal Repayments: You will ensure timely interest and principal repayments.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: You will perform market research and competitive analysis for assessment.
  • Grooming Junior Analysts and Management Trainees: You will groom junior analysts and management trainees in the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong Hold on Industry, Financial and Credit Principles: You should have a strong hold on industry, financial and credit principles.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Presentation Skills: You should have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Sound Knowledge of Underwriting in Corporate/Wholesale Lending: You should have sound knowledge of underwriting in corporate/wholesale lending.
  • Strong Understanding of Industry Cycle Along with Financial Ratios: You should have a strong understanding of industry cycle along with financial ratios.
  • Hands-on Experience in Credit Memo Preparation: You should have hands-on experience in credit memo preparation.
  • Financial Modelling with Ability to Make, Read and Maintain Models in MS Excel: You should have financial modelling with ability to make, read and maintain models in MS Excel.
