Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Investment Analyst at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and lender partners, drafting business overviews and investment memoranda, reviewing client financial information, and developing financial models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modeling, cash flow, and financial statement analysis, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will also be able to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in creating complex financial models and analyzing financial data
  • Cash Flow Analysis: Ability to review and analyze cash flow statements to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Statement Analysis: Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze them to make informed decisions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
