Job Title: NLP Expert for Conversational AI

This role at Insight Global involves working with NLP models and chatbots to enhance their performance and effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of AI and chatbot development landscapes, tools, and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Curating and organizing datasets for training and testing chatbot responses to improve intent recognition, entity identification, and contextual nuances.
• Identifying gaps in the chatbot's patterns and providing insights to enhance the NLP model's effectiveness.
• Evaluating the chatbot's performance through testing and user feedback, making recommendations to refine its understanding and improve response accuracy.
• Collaborating with front-end engineers to provide feedback on model performance and assist in iterating on the NLP model training pipeline.
• Performing quality checks and testing the model's intent classification accuracy.
