About the Job: We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, build and optimise AI-driven solutions for the healthcare and life sciences domain.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered applications, and AWS AI/ML services. They should also have strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript, practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen, and proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and intelligent query generation.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks.
  • Develop event-driven data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with proven hands-on expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to experiment, iterate and optimise rapidly.
