Oracle Inventory Specialist Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to assume a critical role in managing Oracle Inventory, encompassing Receiving, Receipt Accounting, and Inventory Visibility within the ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be familiar with inventory processes, and deliver high-quality support during peak financial periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Support Management: Provide first-line support for organizational and location configuration within Oracle Inventory.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Manage Oracle Receiving and Receipt Accounting issues.
  • Critical Period Support: Deliver support services for month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
  • Ticket Triage and Resolution: Triage and prioritize incoming Oracle Inventory Management support tickets, perform initial assessments, and troubleshoot reported issues.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Route complex problems to the appropriate support teams or on-call personnel, ensuring timely resolution of inventory-related issues and documenting all solutions.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
  • SLA Compliance: Monitor ticket queues and ensure compliance with defined service-level agreements.
  • Period-End Processing: Support critical period-end processing and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Ensure inventory visibility and accuracy across Oracle systems.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and follow best practices in inventory management processes within Oracle ERP.
