Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, maintaining a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Accurately register patients, documenting their personal and medical information with attention to detail.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient referrals and follow-ups.
  • Support medical staff during patient examinations and treatments, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare.
  • Efficiently manage patient flow, ensuring timely delivery of healthcare services and promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to guarantee optimal patient care and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked OPD area, upholding our organization's standards of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with relevant experience in OPD Billing or Front Desk Management, preferably from a hospital industry background.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing, email management, and Microsoft Office usage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and medical staff.
  • Proven leadership abilities, enabling you to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
