  • Implement Secure Integrations: Implement secure integrations with financial data providers, trading platforms, and banking systems.
  • Develop Automated Investment Execution Systems: Develop automated investment execution systems, portfolio calculation engines, and transaction processing.
  • Maintain Enterprise-Grade Security: Ensure enterprise-grade security, data encryption, authentication, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Optimize Database Performance: Optimize database performance, implement caching strategies, and design fault-tolerant systems for high availability.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with mobile app developers, product teams, and DevOps for seamless integration and deployment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years in backend development for fintech or complex transactional platforms.
  • Expertise in Node.js, Python, Java, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS EC2, Nginx, Linux, REST APIs.
  • Track record of building secure, scalable, and resilient backend systems.
  • Advanced understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Understanding of financial regulations, investment products, and real-time trading systems.
