Senior Project Manager - Global Alumni E-Learning Content

The role of a Senior Project Manager - Global Alumni E-Learning Content involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of e-learning content projects across global markets. This position requires strong project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and ensure timely delivery.

This is a strategic role that demands highly detail-oriented and organized individuals with strong analytical skills. They will be responsible for managing key project metrics, budgets, and scope while ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the e-learning/ed-tech industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of global alumni e-learning content projects from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive project maps, resource allocation plans, and execution strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee and track key project metrics—effort, timeline, and quality.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.

Required Skills:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
