Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced interior designer to lead the design of mid to high segment residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional designs that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-design services, including demonstrations of finishes and design options.
  • Generate quotations to customers using industry-standard software.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and share 3D designs and renders with clients, collaborating with the 3D modeler.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in residential designing.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the modular industry.
  • Proficiency in Sketchup and Vray/Enscape.
  • Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client expectations effectively.
