Job Title

We seek a highly skilled architect to design, implement, and manage our DevOps platform.

The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in pipelines, automation, security, and identity management with strong architecture and leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, integrate, and manage SCM tools (Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible).
    • Standardize and optimize pipelines to support multiple applications and teams.
  • Platform Delivery:
    • Build and maintain a highly available platform ensuring 24/7 uptime and no downtime during core business hours.
    • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization frameworks.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup:
    • Design and implement a disaster recovery strategy with a 1-hour RTO.
    • Automate backup and restoration processes ensuring 100% data recovery.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Implement role-based access controls across systems and pipelines.
    • Enforce data encryption standards (data at rest, in transit, cryptographic key management).
    • Ensure compliance with corporate and industry security standards.
  • Identity & Access Management:
    • Integrate Okta SSO and implement OAuth/SAML-based authentication.
    • Manage secure authentication and authorization for developers, admins, and service accounts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Partner with Dev, Infra, and Security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
    • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers.
