Job Title: Accounts Receivable Team Lead

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking and leadership abilities. They should be able to manage a team and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process local and foreign currency invoices through the accounts receivable systems.
  2. Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Identify improvement opportunities which will help improve both AR by supporting Lean and Six Sigma projects.
  4. Communication with external vendors regarding invoice matters, supplier inquiries.
  5. Query handling and issue resolution.
  6. Assist in adhering to SLA compliance.
  7. Generation of system-based reports.
  8. Ability to build capability for operations through training and coaching on the floor.
  9. Implement initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies within area of expertise.
  10. Prepare and regularly update process documents.
  11. Solving queries of the team members.
  12. Creation of a knowledge database that would assist in learning.
  13. Quality Check of all activities.
  14. Development and use of policies and procedures for various AR activities.
