Job Title: Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Collection Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the order-to-cash process, including billing, collections, and dispute resolution. They will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, review client contracts to prevent discrepancies, and proactively identify and resolve issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations.
  • The role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients via email and phone to collect overdue payments. The candidate will also record customer feedback and facilitate prompt resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-invoicing, GST, TDS, and GST-TDS compliance. They will maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and related correspondence.
  • A bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field is required, with an MBA in finance being desirable. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, is essential.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and tax, to ensure timely issue resolution and achievement of team KPIs and individual deliverables.
