We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer and Video Editor to create engaging visual and video content for various initiatives.

The role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Develop compelling graphics, infographics, and presentations for social media, press releases, websites, and project updates.
  • Create visual identities and assets for events, campaigns, and initiatives - banners, brochures, posters, standees, event invites.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications aligned with brand guidelines.

Video Editing: Production

Work closely with the PR and project teams to develop storyboards, scripts, and shot lists.

Add animations, graphics, subtitles, and other enhancements to maximize content engagement.

Content Collaboration: Management

Manage digital asset libraries and maintain organized archives of created content.

Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new formats styles to enhance audience engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 3 years of proven experience in visual design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, color, and layout.
  • Experience editing videos for social media with attention to platform-specific best practices.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to understand briefs and translate them into creative output.

Preferred Good to Have:

  • Experience working with public sector IT startup ecosystem.
  • Photography and basic animation skills.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and reels-first content production.

This is a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their visual design and video editing skills.
