We are seeking an accomplished iOS Software Engineering Manager to lead our team in the development and maintenance of innovative mobile applications.

About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide vision and direction for iOS software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, mentorship, and continuous learning, driving team members to excel in their roles.
  • Application Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements, including unit testing, code reviews, and deployment strategies, to minimize failures and ensure robustness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Hold a degree qualification in IT or an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Possess at least 10+ years of iOS experience, with at least 2 years spent on a project using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
  • Skills: Be proficient in Objective-C, have experience with CI/CD pipelines, source code management tools like SVN and Git, and deployment scripting.
Preferred Skills:
  • Troubleshooting: Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills.
  • Adaptability: Show a fast learner with the ability to pick up different integration technologies.
  • Communication: Exhibit strong communication skills.
