Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.
    • Work closely with management to address employee performance issues, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Performance Management:
    • Support managers in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
    • Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth, and assist in the implementation of training programs.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.
    • Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as change management efforts, team building activities, and leadership development programs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • HR Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure consistent application across the organization.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
