Join Our Team as a Seasoned Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Engineering team at Successive Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and executing QA strategies, ensuring the successful execution of test plans, and overseeing the quality of software projects for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute QA strategies for projects, covering functional and non-functional business requirements for web, mobile, and API testing.
  • Lead the development and implementation of testing frameworks and tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and others for automated test execution.
  • Ensure comprehensive manual functional testing is carried out where required.
  • Oversee all QA activities across projects, ensuring adherence to test plans, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams, developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on QA goals.
  • Identify the appropriate testing tools and frameworks based on project needs, ensuring the most effective and efficient testing processes.
  • Define and track software quality standards, including KPIs such as defect density, test coverage, test execution rates, and other relevant metrics to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the quality engineering team, conducting performance reviews, fostering career development, and ensuring team members have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Be comfortable in a client-facing role, addressing concerns, providing insights, and delivering QA project status reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Manual Functional Testing, API Testing, and Automation Testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and other relevant frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) testing.
  • Familiarity with defining and measuring Software Quality Metrics and KPIs.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles and managing client expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, conducting performance reviews, and career development.
